Past the wrinkles

The short version

He believes every visitor has come to see him.

He does not need to be introduced. He does the introducing. New person at the door? Potato will be there first, tail up, thrilled about it, and then he commits entirely by leaning his full weight against their shins.

His talents include sleeping in impossible positions, appearing instantly the moment a packet is opened anywhere in the building, and looking deeply betrayed when the walk goes in the wrong direction.

If Hash is the considered opinion, Potato is the welcome party. Somebody has to be.
